Caro Podcast Italiano,
Dear Podcast Italiano,
Ti piace la montagna? A me piace molto sia in inverno sia in estate.
Do you like the mountains? (the mountain). I like it a lot, both in [the] winter and in [the] summer.
Oggi nevica e fa molto freddo. I prati e gli alberi non sono verdi, ma coperti di neve bianca. Nel cielo ci sono nuvole grigie.
It’s snowing today, and it’s very cold. The lawns and the trees are not green, but covered with white snow. There are many grey clouds in the sky.
Molte persone stanno sciando. Io non so sciare, ma voglio imparare. Mio fratello invece* sa sciare molto bene e vuole insegnarmi. Ora vado al bar, mangio un panino e bevo una cioccolata calda e dolce.
Many people are skying. I can’t sky, but I want to learn. My brother can ski very well and wants to teach me. I’m going to the bar now, I’m going to eat a sandwich and drink a sweet, hot chocolate.
